Plan to visit the OFC/NFOEC Sales Office, on the show floor in Hall E, during your company's exclusive appointment time, to select your exhibit space for OFC/NFOEC 2011.
Here's how it works:
Step 1
Be sure to note the date and time of your company's appointment with the Exhibit Sales Team. All rebook appointments are assigned in advance and this appointment will be your company's exclusive opportunity to pre-select exhibit space for 2011. The OFC/NFOEC Sales Office will be located in Hall E on the 2010 show floor and we hope to see you there.
Step 2
Review the floor plan and identify a general area where you prefer to reserve space for your company. A more detailed and up to date version of this floorplan, will also be on display in the Exhibit Sales Office during all show hours this year. Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your appointment to review the updated plan and select more specific booth space based on availability at that time.
Step 3
Please bring a deposit payment (50% of your expected booth space reservation fee) to your rebook appointment. Payments can be made by credit card or company check. Onsite rebook rates will be $38.50 per sq. foot for booths larger than 500 sq. ft. and $40 per sq. foot for booths smaller than 500 sq. ft. Each exposed corner will be an additional $300.
